Shipping Policy – BharatPick

At BharatPick, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, it usually takes 1–3 business days to process and dispatch the product. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may take extra time to process.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service available in your area.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Other cities/towns: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, holidays, or other unexpected situations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation. Some products may include free shipping depending on the offer or product availability.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or DM, depending on where you placed the order.

You can use the tracking details to check your delivery status.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, full address, and pincode are correct before placing the order.

BharatPick will not be responsible for delivery failure due to wrong address, incomplete address, unavailable phone number, or customer not accepting the order.

If the order is returned due to incorrect details, extra shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may lead to future COD orders being restricted.

7. Delayed Delivery

We try our best to deliver every order on time. However, delays can happen because of courier service issues, high order volume, bad weather, public holidays, or other unavoidable reasons.

If your order is delayed, you can contact us and we will help you with the tracking update.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process a replacement or support request.
